The UnSaavy, Technologically Speaking

Is it just me or do some people just not get it? People sit in front of a computer all day long and yet they don't know how to do the simplest of tasks on it. How is that? It's like owning a car but only being able to drive in reverse! Help me out with this one. I went to church on Sunday (I know, I know - rest assured I'm not having a crisis of faith - I was forced to go) and the pastor guy said computers were created by Him, and not the good Him, the bad Him. Even my father, a man who only recently gave up his prized tape player, thanks to a very expensive gift from yours truly, has embraced computers. When he travels with my mom, he makes her bring her laptop so he can surf the net and work on his book (a completely different story). If my dad, who kills bugs with his bare hands, can work a computer, why can't people who spend most of their working lives in front of one learn?

That's enough for now but I'll probably have more to say after I go see Madam Ruth, the psychic, at lunch. Good times!
